Whatever platform you land on, the shape is the same. Each stage ends with something written down that you own.

Discover
We sit with the people doing the work, map the processes as they actually run, and write down the requirements — including the ones nobody says out loud. You get a requirements register and a scoped proposal with a fixed price.

Design
Process design, solution blueprint, data model and integration map. We agree what's standard configuration and what needs building — and what you'll change in the business rather than in the software.

Deliver
Configuration and build in short cycles you can see, with data migrated and reconciled against your existing balances. User acceptance testing runs on real transactions before anyone signs off on cutover.

Adopt
Training on your configuration, a documented handover to your admins, and hypercare through the first month-end close. We leave when your team stops needing us — and we tell you when that is.
