Work we
can talk
about.

Representative engagements across manufacturing, distribution, construction, life sciences and the non-profit sector, showing the shape of the work rather than named clients. We'll introduce you to real references on request.

§ 01 — Platforms What we implement

Four products, worked deeply.

Depth is what lets us tell you honestly when a platform isn't right for you.

Odoo

Open-source business suite

A modular suite where you turn on the applications you need — accounting, inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, CRM, ecommerce, field service, HR — and add more as the business grows.

Deployment
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or self-hosted
Strengths
Broad functional coverage, lower licence cost, straightforward to extend
Watch for
Breadth invites over-configuration; scope discipline matters more here than anywhere
Best fit
Growing companies, roughly 20–500 employees

Dynamics 365

Microsoft ERP & CRM

Business Central for mid-market finance and operations, Finance & Operations for larger and multi-entity organizations, plus Sales and Customer Service on the same platform.

Extensibility
Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, with native Microsoft 365 and Azure integration
Strengths
Enterprise-grade controls, deep reporting, familiar to Microsoft-first IT teams
Watch for
Licensing tiers and per-user costs need modelling before you commit
Best fit
Microsoft-invested organizations, 50 employees and up

MenaITech

Canadian HCM & payroll

Human capital management and payroll built around Canadian statutory requirements, covering the detail that generic HR systems handle badly or not at all.

Coverage
Payroll, HR administration, time and attendance, self-service and recruitment
Strengths
CRA remittances, T4 and ROE generation, provincial employment standards, bilingual English and French
Watch for
Multi-entity rollouts need a clear order of operations; we sequence them by entity
Best fit
Canadian employers consolidating HR and payroll across multiple entities

Lyntrix

Unified business operations

A modular platform covering operations, finance, customers and people in one browser-based system — built to replace the mix of spreadsheets, standalone point of sale and separate accounting that multi-branch businesses accumulate as they grow.

Coverage
Point of sale, sales, purchasing, inventory and warehouse; accounting, expenses, tax and payments; CRM and quotations; payroll, projects and assets
Deployment
Cloud, run in the browser
Strengths
Canadian sales tax across GST, HST, PST and QST, income tax handling, one operating record across departments, modules activated by need rather than all at once
Watch for
Replacing several systems at once is where these projects slip; we sequence the modules branch by branch
Best fit
Multi-branch retail, hospitality, distribution and service operators in Canada
§ 02 — How engagements run Filter by platform or service
A manufacturing floor Odoo

Discrete manufacturer replaces three disconnected systems

A Southwestern Ontario manufacturer ran quoting in one system, production scheduling on a whiteboard and accounting in another — with re-keying between all three. We implemented Odoo across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing and accounting, and migrated eleven years of transaction history.

Outcome
Single system live in one weekend cutover; quote-to-production handoff no longer re-keyed
A professional services office Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365SelectionProfessional services

Selection study for a GTA professional services firm

The firm had two vendors mid-pitch and no agreed requirements. We paused the process, built a requirements register with the practice leads, and ran scripted demos against it. Business Central won on project accounting and Microsoft 365 integration; the reasoning went to the partnership in writing.

Outcome
Platform decision made on evidence, with a costed five-year model behind it
A distribution warehouse Rescue
OdooRescueDistribution

Stalled distribution rollout brought back on track

Fourteen months in, most of the budget spent, no go-live date holding. Our diagnostic found the root cause was scope, not software: warehouse processes had never been designed, so configuration kept getting rebuilt. We restructured the remaining scope and took over delivery.

Outcome
Live within the following quarter on a re-baselined scope
A construction site Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365ImplementationConstruction

Multi-entity construction group consolidates reporting

Four operating companies, four charts of accounts, and a consolidation that took two weeks every month. We implemented Business Central across all entities with a shared chart of accounts, intercompany posting and a Power BI reporting layer, then trained finance and project managers separately.

Outcome
Consolidated month-end reporting available on demand rather than after manual assembly
A payroll review meeting MenaITech
MenaITechImplementationMulti-entity

Payroll unified across eight provincial entities

An organization headquartered in Ontario was running payroll on separate spreadsheets in each province, reconciling remittances by hand. We rolled out MenaITech entity by entity, configuring provincial employment standards, CRA remittance schedules and bilingual employee self-service.

Outcome
One payroll platform across all entities, with T4 and ROE generation and compliance rules maintained centrally
A training session Training
Dynamics 365TrainingNon-profit

Adoption programme after staff turnover

An Ontario non-profit had a well-implemented system and nobody left who knew how to use it. We audited the existing configuration, wrote reference guides using their own screens and data, ran role-based sessions for finance and programme staff, and certified two internal super-users.

Outcome
Internal super-users now handle day-to-day questions without external support

References

Talk to someone who's been through it.

Case studies are written by the firm that did the work, which is worth exactly what you'd expect. Ask us for references and we'll connect you with clients in a similar industry and at a similar size — including, if you want, one where the project was hard.

  • Sector matched. We'll find a reference in your industry rather than whoever answers fastest.
  • Direct contact. You speak with them, not with us on a shared call.
  • Including the difficult ones. Ask about a rescue engagement and we'll put you in touch with one.

Next step

Have a project that looks like one of these?

Tell us where you are and what's in the way. We'll be straight with you about whether it's work we should be doing.
